When you take out a loan with us, we’ll set up the repayments based on your loan amount, loan term and whether you want to pay back weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t make a repayment. So, if you think you’re going to miss a payment, please contact our Customer Care team on 1800 091 967 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll work with you to see how we can minimise any additional fees that may get charged to your account.
If you miss a payment, you may be charged a $10 late payment fee. This gets charged every seven days if your repayments are not met. So, it’s important that you let us know as soon as you can and before your repayment is due.
